was born in Lutsk, Ukraine at July 26, 1976.
He began his career in training at the State Ballet Academy
Kiev (Ukraine) and became a soloist in the Kiev National
Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, later at the Ulmer
Theater in Germany before joining the State Theater in
Dresden (Semperoper Ballett Dresden) in 2003, rising to
the position of first soloist in 2012.
In 2012 he received a bachelor's degree for Ballet teacher discipline, and in 2013 he graduated with a
Master Diploma for Modern Choreography and the qualification Choreographer for modern dance
the Ukrainian State University of Humanities.
From 2008 till 2013 he was working as a ballet teacher of classical dance and Pas de Deux at the
Palucca University of Dance in Dresden (Palucca Hochschule für Tanz Dresden), as well from 2008
till 2015 as a Ballet Teacher and Ballet Master at the State Theater in Dresden (Semperoper Ballett
Dresden). In 2011 he received an invitation from the Theater Ulm, Germany for the assistance to
Italian choreographer Roberto Scafati.
In 2010 Oleg was working with Igor Zelensky in Novosibirsk (Russia) at the State Theater, dancing there
In the Middle Somewhat Elevated from William Forsythe, as well in 2012 he was performing
William Forsythe’s and David Dawson’s work at the Nureyev Ballet Festival in Kazan.
In 2010, 2012 he was invited for the Dancesalad Festival in Houston, Texas, USA.
Oleg was taking part in Tours in Japan, USA, Spain, France, Italia, United Arab Emirate, Portugal, Russia
From 1999 he is living and working in Germany. Over the years Mr. Klymyuk was having the opportunity to
work with the famous international choreographers, professors, artists around the globe, such as
William Forsythe, Jiří Kylián, John Neumeier, Mats Ek, Alexei Ratmansky, David Dawson, Uwe
Scholz, with the teachers and choreographer of the Paris Opera Ballet, the Royal Ballet of London and
many others.
In 2014 Oleg founded and he is the chief editor of the dance magazine Jump* The Dancer's Lifestyle
In 2013 he was working in the Paris Opera Ballet to staging In the Middle somewhat Elevated a ballet
of William Forsythe.
Since 2014 Mr. Klymyuk assiste to the choreographer William Forsythe.
In February and March 2015 he assisted William Forsythe by setting his work at the Pacific Northwest
Ballet in Seattle, Washington, USA.
